Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately I don’t believe there is an option in the Microsoft Store or the Xbox (Beta) app that allows you to play another game while you have a game downloading in your queue. Other gaming clients, like Steam, have this option although it does negatively affect gameplay.
