One thing you must be careful of is the inventory. You have infinite inventory in Creative mode. I was wondring if i started a survival game and swoped it to creative then back to survival would this effect anything like obtaining skins ect? Other than the fact that your unknown signals will not spawn while in creative you should not see any impact. I do this all the time.
