Why am I getting multiple updates a week on Xbox One?

They usually give at least 24 hours between when an update is made available and when it is required to access Live…so it leads me to think you were doing something stupid like leaving your game paused overnight… Why does my Xbox need an update every other time I turn it on?

You can set your console too automatic update by setting instant on and automatic updates.
